Please read these terms carefully before making a booking at SonTraLiving. By completing a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved deposit as specified at checkout. Confirmation details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by room type and rate selected. Free cancellation is available for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount of the first night's stay. Please review the specific rate's cancellation terms at checkout.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property and fellow guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the stated occupancy for each room type.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards. All rates include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted. SonTraLiving reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to check-in.

Liability

SonTraLiving is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or violation of house rules.

Changes to These Terms

SonTraLiving reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
